When a customer's phone number appears blurry (as in the example above) it is because they have opted to give you feedback, but have indicated that they are not interested in being contacted about their feedback. 

A customer can choose to do this by selecting "No" from the toggle under their phone number in the "Comments" screen of their survey (as in the example below). Note that only customers who have stated that they were dissatisfied with their experience will see the "Comments" screen.
